Founder & CEO
Jon has enjoyed an exciting and successful career in the gaming and hospitality industry. He is highly experienced in developing, managing and consulting a number of distinctive projects in multiple jurisdictions both metropolitan and rural. His unique style of leadership has best been defined as one of proficiency, personality and profitability.
Jon started his career in Reno/Tahoe, Nevada at an early age and has performed over 35 positions in the gaming/hospitality business from dishwasher to president. Nationally, he has either developed and/or operated casinos in various locations such as: Lake Tahoe, Nevada; Wendover, Nevada; Keshena, Wisconsin; San Carlos, Arizona; Scottsdale, Arizona; Healdsburg, California and Snoqualmie, Washington. Internationally, he has been involved in a number of gaming consulting projects for clients in Canada, Switzerland, Belize, Mexico, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.
He has been involved in Native American Gaming for more than 25 years and is well-known and respected throughout the industry for his expertise and personal style of leadership and creativity. His reputation is recognized in various states across the US. Most notably in Arizona where for 14 years he led the gaming and hospitality enterprises for the Salt River Community overseeing the design, construction and operation of both Casino Arizona and the Talking Stick Resort properties.
Strategy & Planning
Nitin is an experienced Non-Executive Director with over 10 years of Board level experience in the largest hospitality group in the world where he held director level positions in Finance, Strategy, Analytics and Business Improvement. As a member of TUI’s Asset and Hotel Board, which oversees more than 450 hotels and 20 Cruise ships, Nitin brings with him a wealth of experience in strategic planning and operational excellence. Commercially astute with a relentless focus on growth and performance management and a keen eye on risk management and financial controls, he has an uncanny penchant for spotting opportunities where others might only see issues.
Nitin is a qualified accountant with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Germany and a double Masters in Science in Business and Finance from London Business School. Nitin is an Associate Non-Executive Director for the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
Doug has over forty years of managerial and project development experience in the gaming industry. Doug’s career began in Wendover, Nevada where he grew his professional career and held numerous positions (1978 – 1994).
Most recently, Doug was General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Naskila Gaming, responsible for the overall design, development, recruitment, training and forecasting. Prior to Naskila Gaming, Doug was VP of Business Development for Casino Cruiselines. His responsibilities included: procuring relationships, long-term purchase decisions and analyzing analytical data across different markets in the United States.
Additionally, Doug has had experience as the General Manager for the Northern Winz Casino, River Rock Casino and Casino Arizona. Doug was appointed Chief Executive Officer of River Rock Casino in February 2003, after having successfully raised $200 million in high yield bonds. Prior to his experience at Casino Arizona, Doug served as Chief Gaming Officer at the Apache Gold Casino and Resort in San Carlos, Arizona.
Entertainment & Marketing
Creative, Innovative, thinking outside the box…and breaking the box. Mike has over 30 years of experience in the gaming, hospitality and entertainment industry and understands perfectly the benefits that the right mix of each of those elements can bring to a Casino’s bottom-line.
As President of MMEC (Las Vegas Entertainment Productions) Mike has used leading edge technology and old school creativity to produce award winning, multiple entertainment productions, for a global audience.
Building on the early years of his career…taking the muse as a former stage performer, who successfully transitioned to executive positions in Operations, Sales and Marketing with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, and Costa Crociere, and Entertainment Producer for multiple casino properties. Mike has built those lessons, into creative concepts, that understand appeal to a targeted demographic, variety of audiences, age groups, and background.
Jim is a finance executive with over 24 years of diverse and demonstrated record of enhancing business operations, derived from a strategic focus, financial leadership and deep expertise in operations management. Most recently, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of Naskila Gaming, the economic entity of the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe. Jim was a key member of the three-man on-site development team that lead the renovation of an existing facility into a Class II Gaming facility.
Prior to that Jim worked as the CFO/Interim CEO at Casino Del Sol Resort, General Manager and CFO at Bay Mills Resort & Casinos and CFO at Casino Arizona. Jim is a value creator and effective leader that performs with a reputation for integrity and a demonstrated record of success in attaining financial and operational goals. With in-depth experience managing the balance between fiscal responsibility/prudence and the attainment of mission related goals. Jim is a trusted advisor of JT Jenkins
